With each forward motion, the twist of the screw shaft tightens with increasing precision, amplifying the pressure within the filter chamber. Coupled with the formidable pressure from the back-pressure plate, this system efficiently extracts moisture, yielding dryer sludge cakes as a testament to its prowess.Self-cleaning: Ingenious in its design, the moving rings continuously rotate under the guided propulsion of the running screw shaft. This motion deftly cleanses the gaps between the fixed and moving rings, skillfully averting the common pitfalls of clogging that plague traditional dewatering equipment.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP The innovative sludge transfer pump facilitates the seamless transportation of sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank, ensuring a smooth journey through the sludge conveying system.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK In the heart of the flocculation mixing tank, sludge is carefully metered and transported, with any remaining sludge artfully redirected back to the storage tank by adjusting the water level, maintaining a harmonious balance.

BLENDER Infused with precision, the polymer flocculant seamlessly integrates with the sludge, instigating a reaction that forms flocculant. This concoction is then expertly transported to the screw's main body, advancing the dewatering process.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART Within the screw concentration part, sludge is guided decisively into the screw body, where it undergoes a powerful transformation. The changing diameter and pitch of the screw generate immense extrusion pressure, efficiently extracting moisture and completing the dehydration process.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION In the refined back pressure plate dehydration process, the narrowing gap between the moving and fixed rings intensifies the dehydration of decement cake. The formidable back pressure plate plays a pivotal role, ensuring that the mud cake is thoroughly dehydrated and expertly discharged.
